What happens to the details you send us.

Who we are

Prospertide Solutions is run by Eric Nel in South Africa. For anything in this notice, email prospertidesolutions@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the free audit form: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, your business name and type, which service you're interested in, where your enquiries come from, your message, and your consent. The form also records the date and time you sent it. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your audit request and to talk to you about it. Nothing else. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it goes

• The form sends your details to our automation server (n8n, hosted on our own server).
• They are saved to a private spreadsheet only we can open, and we are notified by email.
• An automatic confirmation email is sent to you through our email provider, Resend.
• If we email you and don't hear back, our system may send up to two short follow-up emails from our Gmail account. Reply "stop" and we won't contact you again.

Some of these services store data on servers outside South Africa. We only use them to run the steps above.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of your last message. If we do, we keep them for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires after that.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
